By implementing a “Nairobi-to-Europe” logistics mindset and a sophisticated technical stack, Gara Consultancy established a luxury shopping experience designed to convert high-intent traffic into a loyal customer base.

 

 

2. The Challenge

The objective was to build brand authority and trust for both local and European premium buyers from the ground up. The project required a condensed 2-week intensive sprint to move from infrastructure setup to a live sales-objective campaign.
